Please read these terms carefully before using our Virtual Office Service.
By signing up or making payment for this service, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Flex Smart Office, a business registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

1. Service Description
Flex Smart Office provides Virtual Office services that give businesses a professional address, mail handling, document reception, and optional call forwarding or meeting-room access. This service is designed to help remote professionals, entrepreneurs, and registered businesses establish a credible business presence in Abuja without the need for a physical office.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide valid documentation during registration, use the address lawfully, and update all CAC and business documents upon termination. Failure to comply may lead to suspension or legal action in accordance with Nigerian law.

3. Use of Address and Mail Handling
Mail received on behalf of clients will be handled securely. Clients will be notified via email or SMS and may collect or request forwarding (charges apply). Flex Smart Office is not liable for items uncollected after 30 days or lost by third-party couriers.

4. Legal Compliance
Flex Smart Office operates in line with CAMA 2020, the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023), the Cybercrimes Act 2015, and all applicable Nigerian laws.

5. Payment, Refund & Termination
All payments are non-refundable once processed. Clients must give at least 7 days’ written notice before cancellation. Flex Smart Office may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or misuse.

6. Limitation of Liability
Flex Smart Office is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid in the previous month.

7. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Flex Smart Office against any claims arising from misuse of the address or services.

8. Modification of Terms
Flex Smart Office may update these terms and will notify clients in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Workstation Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our Workstation Service.
By signing up or making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description
Flex Smart Office provides dedicated workstation access with internet, power, and shared facilities to support productive work.

2. Client Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness, avoid disruptions, respect others, and use equipment responsibly. Provide valid ID and comply with safety regulations.

3. Conduct
Maintain professionalism, avoid unethical or illegal conduct, and use shared resources responsibly.

4. Legal Compliance
Complies with CAMA 2020, NDPA 2023, Cybercrimes Act 2015, and Contract Law.

5. Payment, Refund & Termination
All payments are non-refundable. Renewals must occur within 48 hours after expiry to avoid clearance of the space. Uncollected belongings incur ₦1,500/day storage after 14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability
Flex Smart Office is not liable for lost items, service interruptions, or indirect losses.

7. Indemnification
Clients indemnify Flex Smart Office from any claims arising from their use of the service.

Coworkspace Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our Coworkspace Service.

1. Service Description
The Coworkspace Service provides shared professional work areas with high-speed internet, power, and networking opportunities.

2. Member Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness, use facilities responsibly, and respect others’ space. Use the space for lawful purposes only.

3. Community Conduct
Uphold Flex Smart Office’s values of respect, collaboration, and professionalism. Misconduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Legal Compliance
Flex Smart Office complies with CAMA 2020, NDPA 2023, Cybercrimes Act 2015, and all relevant Nigerian laws.

5. Payment, Refund & Termination
All payments are non-refundable. Renewal is required within 48 hours after expiration. Stored items attract ₦1,500/day after 14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability
Flex Smart Office is not responsible for personal losses, interruptions, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification
Members agree to hold Flex Smart Office harmless from claims or damages arising from service use.

Private Office Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Flex Smart Office!
Please read these terms carefully before using our Private Office Service.

1. Service Description
The Private Office Service provides secure, furnished offices equipped with modern amenities for focused and professional work.

2. Client Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness, respect neighboring offices, report damages promptly, and ensure guests are registered with staff.

3. Usage & Conduct
For professional use only. Subletting, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.

4. Legal Compliance
Operates under CAMA 2020, NDPA 2023, Cybercrimes Act 2015, and Contract Law.

5. Payment, Refund & Termination
All fees are non-refundable. 14 days’ notice is required for termination. Late renewal results in space clearance; stored items attract ₦1,500/day after 14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability
Flex Smart Office’s liability is limited to the preceding month’s payment. Not liable for losses due to theft or power/internet issues.

7. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Flex Smart Office from claims or damages related to their use of the office.

Boardroom Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Flex Smart Office!
Please read these terms carefully before using our Boardroom Service.

1. Service Description
The Boardroom Service offers well-equipped meeting spaces for business discussions, training, and presentations.

2. Booking & Usage
Bookings require advance payment and confirmation. Late arrivals do not extend time. Use the room for lawful purposes only.

3. Client Responsibilities
Handle equipment carefully, maintain cleanliness, ensure guest decorum, and report any damage immediately.

4. Legal Compliance
Flex Smart Office complies with CAMA 2020, NDPA 2023, Cybercrimes Act 2015, and Nigerian Contract Law.

5. Payment, Refund & Cancellation
Full payment required before use. Non-refundable except where Flex Smart Office cancels. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability
Not liable for lost property, service interruptions, or indirect losses. Liability capped at the booking fee amount.

7. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Flex Smart Office for any damages or claims arising from their use of the boardroom.
